It is possible that the issue is not with the Print Artist program itself but with the printer settings. Make sure that your printer is set to print in color and that the color cartridges are not empty. You can also try printing a test page from a different program to see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, you may need to update the printer drivers or seek technical support.
It seems that there might be an issue with the verification code. Double-check if you are entering it correctly and ensure that it matches the code provided. If the problem persists, you may need to reach out to the support team of the "Print Artist" software for further assistance.

It's possible that the text is not set to print or is not in the correct color mode. Check the settings and make sure the text is visible and set to print. If the issue persists, contact technical support for further assistance.
The old Sierra Print Artist is not available anymore because it was released a very long time ago, however, Nova Development, the new developers, have an updated version of the Print Artist application that works on all modern versions of Windows.
Yes, you can convert a .pa file to PDF using a virtual printer. Install CutePDF Writer then open your .pa file and go to Print. Select the CutePDF engine and you will have the possibility to save it as a PDF file with all the elements in place. You can obtain CutePDF Writer from its official website.

In no way Print Artist 12 will work with the Windows 10. Not even the version Platinum 25 is compatible with Windows 10. The latest one is Windows 8, but I believe you can work with it on Windows 10 as well.
The Print Artist version 8 is not compatible with Windows 10 operating system, because it was released a very long time ago when only Windows 95 and 98 were available on the market. Windows 10 will refuse to load even the installer for this application, but you have the possibility to use the developer's website to obtain a new and improved version of the software.
The new version is called PrintArtist 25 and it's compatible with the Windows 10 operating system: http://www.printartist.com/
I can't load pictures I took from files into my cards on Print Artist 25 using Windows 10. Supposedly it's compatible but I get error messages when I try to access Print Artist 25 and if I ignore the messages it loads the program. It says the saved content does not match the favorite whatever that is supposed to mean. Any help for this?

The system requirements mention Windows 10 as a supported operating system which means you can install and it in this operating system. When installing choose Run As Administrator to avoid any other issues. I suspect the loading issues are caused by the lack of Administrator permissions that allow Print Artist to access the files stored on the system partition.
Since I can't install the software due to the commercial license that is in effect, I suggest getting in touch with the developers to explain the problem with their software.
Sierra PrintArtist used to be available for Mac something like 15 years ago. The new product that is released under the same name is available for Windows operating systems only. If you want this software in your Mac environment, you will need to use a virtualization software. Paralells Desktop or Bootcamp (feature available in Mac which installs Windows) will do the job.

You can try Transfer MyPC or PC Mover Tools to migrate the desired software to new computer.

The software is under a commercial license which means that you have to buy it before download it.

You could try the Print Shop application as alternative to Print Artist which is somehow the same thing only with advanced and more features available: http://www.broderbund.com/p-868-the-print-shop-deluxe-40.aspx
