I recently purchased the Epson ET-2980 Ink Jet Printer to replace my aging HP Officejet. When I go to configure Two Sided Printing, it prints out 2 pages. One with an X and one with an Up Arrow. I then select the correct order they came out and it tells me to put the page with the Up arrow back in the printer with the printed side up and arrow pointing down into the paper feed. I click on next and the program proceeds to send the page through the printer with no new printing (no added arrows to make a correct selection for 2 sided printing). I have no idea now how to configure Two Sided printing with this software. I did not have this problem with the HP OfficeJet printer. HELP!!!
How do I go about purchasing the old Sierra Print shop? I use a laptop - OA4 M3ARB, Microsoft. 365, 11th generation processor. The system type is sixty four bit. I purchased the old Sierra print shop years ago, But I can't download it on my laptop from the disk I purchased Years ago. I really liked it and I miss it, can You Help me purchase an updated version? One that is compatible to my system That I used today.
